All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add" button shown on each product page. When you are finished placing your order and have clicked the “Submit” button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Colors

 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. There may be slight variations in color of the printed fabric due to different inks and dye lots

Prices & Payment

 

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include VAT of 10%. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bankcard. We also accept net banking transfers.

Returns Policy

 

SHAMA offers a 7-day return policy on products that are 'Damaged in Transit' or 'Incorrectly Shipped'. Details of our 'Damaged in Transit' and 'Incorrectly Shipped' policies are provided in this document.

Transit Policy for Damaged Products

 

In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been 'Damaged in Transit' that is, damaged in transit from SHAMA to you, you should notify SHAMAimmediately.

For products which are determined by SHAMA to be damaged in transit, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you.

Please note that events such as willful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.

Incorrectly Shipped Product

 

In the event that you receive a product that is different to the one ordered ('Incorrectly Shipped Product') you should notify SHAMAimmediately upon receipt of the product. For all 'Incorrectly Shipped Products'. We will resend your order as soon as possible and inform you of how to return the incorrect order to us, at no additional delivery charge to you.

Domestic orders

 

SHAMA use delivery service. All Purchases are sent registered and will require a signature to accept delivery. If you won’t be home at time of delivery and would like your order left on your doorstep please write us a note in the shipping instructions or email us info@shamaliving.in

If no one is at the specified address at time of delivery your purchase will be returned to your local branches and a notice will be left in your letter box for you to collect at your convenience.

Delivery will take between 1 to 7 working days subject to stock availability.

You will be notified via email or phone if there is a delay with regards to your order.

International orders

 

SHAMA  delivers to most destinations around the world. Orders placed outside India may be subject to the relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.

Delivery Policy

 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our logistics partners within 1 to 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and will inform you by mail/phone of the status.

Returns Policy

 

At SHAMA, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before being sent, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Unfulfilled Orders

 

With orders that cannot be fulfilled you will be notified with regards to when the order will be fulfilled subject to the availability of the product/s purchased. Alternative products will be suggested to substitute the product in question. Alternatively a full refund will be available as an option.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns must be arranged and pre-authorised and Pending inspection, a refund, credit or Exchange will be issued to you for the value of the item. We do not accept returns based on change of mind. If you receive a product in good condition and working order then a return cannot be arranged as a result of not liking the product.

You must provide a "proof of purchase" being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from SHAMA.

You may only return an item purchased by mail to Address

Please keep original packaging as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have either purchased.

Time Frame to claim damaged goods for returns or refunds

We can only accept a claim for damaged goods received within 14 days of receiving the goods.
